1. Who we are
Esper is developed and sold by Cody Ingram, doing business as Aperture Labs ("we," "our," "us").

2. What data we do not collect
We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data, chat content, or API keys on our own servers—because we don't run any servers.
We do not use third‑party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking tools.
3. What data might flow elsewhere

We have no control over how third‑party providers handle your data. Their privacy policies apply.
4. On‑device storage
Your chats, custom GPTs, settings, and API keys live only on your iPhone's secure storage (Keychain / local database). Delete the app and they disappear.
5. Security
We rely on iOS Keychain and system‑level sandboxing to protect sensitive data. No method is 100% fool‑proof.
6. Your rights
Because we hold no personal data off‑device, requests for access, correction, or deletion can be fulfilled by you: simply delete data in‑app or uninstall Esper.
7. Children
Esper is intended for users 13 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in‑app or via an updated version on the App Store. Continued use after changes means you accept the new policy.
